Heartfulness Productions is a growing, forward-thinking creative and wellbeing-focused organisation dedicated to elevating collective consciousness through events, workshops, retreats, sound experiences, and heart-centred collaborations. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a confident, reliable, and mature Casual Sales Representative to help us build strong relationships with retail partners and aligned businesses.

This is an opportunity for someone who resonates with the world of holistic health, spirituality, energetic practices, and conscious living—and who is also motivated, organised, and naturally gifted at connection and rapport-building.

✨ About the Role

• Casual position with flexible working hours (during standard retail trading hours)

• Approximately up to 10 hours per week

• Base fee paid to cover basic expenses

• Commission structure for performance

• You must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)

• Work independently while representing a rapidly growing heart-centred brand

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Engage with retail business owners, managers, and aligned service providers

• Introduce Heartfulness Productions’ offerings, events, and potential partnerships

• Build authentic, trustworthy relationships with potential stockists and collaborators

• Maintain accurate notes, leads, and follow-up communication

• Represent the values, professionalism, and ethos of Heartfulness at all times

 

✨ Who We’re Looking For

• Someone mature, reliable, confident, and well-presented

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to create rapport quickly and genuinely

• Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles

• A passion for—or genuine interest in—holistic wellbeing, spirituality, sound healing, consciousness work, and energetic modalities

• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously

• A natural connector who enjoys engaging with people
